Today we went to the Hubei Provincial Museum, most notable for relics from a tomb approx 1000-200 BC. One of the things they unearthed were musical instruments including bells. We also saw a performance of traditional Chinese music using reproduced bells. We really enjoyed it, even Sophie enjoyed it. It was our morning jaunt.
This is us and Sophie waiting for the show to start, the show, and Stacy looking interested when learning about tomb artifacts.

Wow - fantastic pictures. Interesting about the lack of 'tourist items" We found the same to be true in Serbia and Montenegro. I had trouble spending money - of course that did not bother Warren. Sophie is adorable! Harriet
CZR here and love the blog. The pictures and stories are great! It sounds like everyone is really getting to know Sophie and she is giving you a run for your money.I am very excited for the Druckman family and can't wait for your return.
Stacy:
You are simply glowing. It is interesting to see the evolution of the pictures on the blog. At first you looked excited and happy (duh), with just a touch of disbelief that you actually were holding Sophie.
Now you look like a veteran mom , toting your daughter along on another adventure and just loving being with her little girl.
What in the world do you
Thanks for letting us share your journey.
Irene
