11 days in the US and adjusting well

So it has been 11 days since we have been home. Sometimes I can't believe that we met Sophie only 3 weeks ago. She is actually doing wonderful. She is an eating machine! She really enjoys her food. She is also doing a great job at sleeping (knock on wood). We have been out visiting friends. She enjoys being on the move, isn't too found of long car rides, that is where the baby crack still comes in. We had a really nice Passover, and she got to play with her cousin Addie ( who is 5 weeks younger). Addie was showing off her crawling and standing moves, it did not motivate Sophie yet to be on the move, which of course is fine with me for a couple of more weeks. She was almost held and enjoyed the "famous" Uncle Steve.

Picture explanation:
1: Sophie wearing her My Grandma Rocks outfit, which was bought by her Nana. She wore that when we met Nana's maj jong friends.
2. Sophie with her Uncle Jeff and cousin Dustin at Kelsey's track meet.
3. Cousin Margaux reading to Sophie

Stacy - Sophie looks like she fits right in. It was so much fun seeing her last week - and then seeing the pictures. I show off the "Sophie Gallery" every chance I get! Harriet

Is Cousin Margaux reading Sophie the "Uncle Steve World View" book that he got her last year?

My kids love this book and it has really helped them build diverse relationships with many cultures. Of course, they got thier asses kicked a couple of times, but it was well worth it in the end.

As everyone knows, acerbity is the road to building character so the price to be paid strengthens our resolve and ensures our freedoms.Throughout the next few years, Sophie will be our ambassador to building a cultural bridge of understanding and diplomacy with the rest of the world. And if that doesn't work, we'll just nuke 'em.By the way, I am available for speaking at all holidays for all faiths. Or, I'm just available, period.

"Almost" held and enjoyed... What does that actually mean? The real question is: Did Sophie deliver Uncle Steve his freshly pressed shirts and did she get over to neaten up his house yet?
