Our Adventure to the American Girl Store

Chris, her daughter Elizabeth, my niece Margaux and I took the girls to the American Girl Store. (Sophie took a pass on this visit). We took the "L" down, and had to do a bit of running to make a 9:15 brunch. I truly think the "L" was the highlight of their day. We also had the doll's hair done, which was pretty interesting. We had a good time watching this and how serious the stylists were about their services, they were actually pretty good. Then we took a cab (which also the girls liked) to Millennium Park. It was a really fun day.

A wonderful visit from the Chris and Elizabeth (ZZ)

We had a wonderful wonderful weekend from our dear friends from Cincinnati. Elizabeth is six, and Sophie is in love with her, and is still talking about her. Our visit started with Morton Arboretum, American Girl store with my niece Margaux, some shopping and lots of eating.
